car motorcycle

hello all, i was in a car motorcycle acct a little over a moth ago, me being the motorcycle. iwas in the hospital for a little more then a week, i got bang up pretty good, [no real head injuies thk lord] back an arms, anyway the car driver got a ticket and has insurance, me none of eaither. iam disabled now . i dont understand anything about insurance policies, but my lawyer says the other drivers insurance rep said that the policie dosint look to good,for me,like the policy is only 25,000 or 50,000,neather of the two come close to my hosptil bill ,threapy to come yet,. my lawyer keeps saying to me it dosent look good,. i feel like my lawyer is working for the ins co and not me. can anyone help me????
