Default Please help forming A New PA

Thank you in advance for your help.

I am forming a new PA, I am in the medical field.

My question for now is, I G_D forbid I die with money in the corporate bank account can my wife remove it?

Should she be listed as an officer in the corp.?
or just on the bank acct ? or both?

If she is listed as an officer is she also liable for problems?

Looking forward to receiving your answer

It’s difficult to answer your question when you use abbreviations. What does “PA” stand for?

P.A. STANDS FOR PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION. It is a professional corporation used by Lawyers, DR.s etc.
