timeshare

I want to sell my timeshare. There is another name on the the contract with me. I am the one that has paid everything on it and now I want to sell it because we're not together anymore and I lost my job and can't afford it on my own. My ex-partner can't afford it either and is not paying for it. Can i go ahead and sell it without her signature to sell it?

You can file a partition suit to force her to sign so you can sell.
