Weather Seller is responsible for the broken fence
A few days after the closing, we trimed the ice plants that covered the iron fence and found out the lower section of the fence is broken apart. It will cost several thousand dollars to replace it. Our home inspection disclaimed
liability with the backyard. When we contacted the seller, they told us they didn't know about this condition. Do we have any groung for recovery?
