Foundation problems 4 years after closing
My parents sold their home that was built in 1976 in January of 2003. They had piers put in an area of the foundation that was noted as needing them. They provided the new home owners with a copy of the engineering report stating that it was all fixed. Now the home owners are having more foundation problems and they have a company saying that these problems had to of existed when my parents still owed the home. Since we disclosed with the engineering report, do we owe them anything? Can they sue us?
