ATM breach of contract by distributor/Operator

Hello to all and thank you for checking out my post. I am the President of a local Amvets Home Association in PA. An Ohio firm placed an ATM in our club about a year and a half ago. They get 60% of the revenue generated by this ATM via a $2.75 charge per transaction and our club gets 40%. The contract my predecessor signed stipulates "Distributor or its authorized Operator shall collect from the terminals on a weekly basis all amounts in the cash box of each terminal and distribute 40% of the Net Revenue to Customer, retaining the balance for Distributor's account." This company has paid us the 40% weekly on only two or three occasions in this 18 month period. Does this constitute a Breach of Contract and if so how do we go about getting relief from this contract? It should be noted that this device does not generate a great deal of revenue...maybe averaging just 3 or 4 transactions daily at best. Lastly, is there an inexpensive method of going about this as we are a non-profit club and can scarsely afford a big legal bill? We would like to put in our own ATM and charge a much smaller fee generating more transactions and monies for our club. Thank you.
