My corporation was suit in civil court for an unpaid debt from the corporation. As registered agent can they take my personal property?

It depends if you are the owner of the corporation then they can take your assets unless you file for bankruptcy you will be protected momentarily by that, but then the court will distribute the assets.

If you are only an agent for service of process and have no other connection with the Corporation then they can't do much to you.
