Question S Corporation Register Agent Liabilities?

Thank you so much for reading this. My corporation was suit in civil court for an unpaid debt from the corporation. They won the suit against my corp. I found papers from the sheriff by my front door saying they are going to seize my home, vehicle furniture and pretty much everything I own. Can they do that to me, because I am the registered agent. The corporation has no assets unfortunately, the reason the problem started was because of a bad check written to me for product and the check never cleared. I have filed a police report for the NSF, I haven't been able to recuperate any monies from the customer.. Can they take my personal property? Again thank you.
