Does an incorrect date void a contract?

Hi! Kind of a long story, but basically, I have a contract I'd like to get out of. The man I spoke to told me that I'd have to die (yes, he used those words) to get out of it. Looking at my copy, it states "Your agreement begins on 2/13/06, and expires on 2/13/06." Further down it does state that there are 11 monthly payments. So, even though it says 11 payments, would this be void since it also says it expires on 2/13/06?

Although the date is important I believe your actions will speak louder than the mistake in the year. I am assuming that at this point you have made at least 4 or so of the payments mentioned in the contract. This act alone may trump the typo in the contract as it shows a pattern and may thus establish a contract.
