lawn service
I am hiring an independent contractor to provide lawn care service for several rental properties in Ohio and Kentucky. He does not have worker's compensation but has agreed to sign a release of liability. Is there a free form that I can access to make sure that we are completely covered from any harm to him as he is servicing our property?
