Unwanted Stylist

I opened a salon with a friend. She has the business license and I own the lease. We all pay rent. Four of us run our own chair/business in the same office. We want her out. If I own the lease what legal right does she have other than the name of the salon? There is no contract between any of us. The only contract is between myself and the owner.

Who would need to get the business license if you oust her? Can any of the other three of you get the business license in addition to your cosmetology license? If you all pay rent, do they all pay rent to you (since you are the legal tenant with lease to owner), and if so, the three that pay you including the gal with the license, are tenants and the landlord/tenant law comes into play. One of my clients is a salon owner, she just went through this exact scenario to get the chair renter out because she was stealing product, and it was a royal nightmare to get her out because she was technically renting the chair/space which is part of the salon. Any thoughts Grace?
