This is just ill conceived spam.

There are countless forums online where people ask the question about Biltmore Whos Who and then other users JOIN the forum, and sign up and "answer" one question----this one reassuring people that whos who is legit. I googled your user name and found identical threads with the same comments and user names "replying". You have also been canned on other forums for the same thing.
