Lending a Business money from a credit card
I lent my credit card to a branch manager for business expenses. The manager submitted all his expenses and would get paid back for them. In the middle of a month he quit. The company had many questions for him so did not pay that months expenses.
My question is can I claim that the company owes me the money because they used my credit card, even if there holding back just to speak to him? or Do I have to settle the claim with the branch manager?
