sub lease/ conversion vehicles
Unfortunately I entered into a contract with one of those comapnies that contracted to take over my truck loan. They would make all back payments and continue to make the payments until a user was found for my truck. After six months they would refinance the loan.
They actually have not disapeared. They have also not made a payment, including the current payment. They have made several agreements directly with my bank they have not fullfilled.
I contacted several lawyers, the police, the city attorney and prosecutors office. They all told me to report it to the State Attorney General's office. I reported it to the AG office and got a letter back telling me to hire an attorney. I have contacted over a dozen attorneys and none will take the case. They all state this is a claim for the AG.
Please help!!!! The only agency that has responded so far has been the BBB. This comapny still has my vehicle since I can not afford the 1200 it would take to pay for a repo company.
I live in Mesa and I have the address of the people who have my vehicle. They are also in Mesa.
Any help would be greatly appreciated since my bank is less then happy with the situation.
In other words how do I charge someone with theft by conversion? Civil or Criminal court?
