Need Contractor to Send me Contract doc's

Hello,

I am attempting to gather additional documents for a potential legal issue(s) I have with a siding contractor.

I'm needing the contractor to provide me with a copy of the original copies of the financial agreements, invoices, receipts, warranty, etc. I have verbally requested this and they will not comply.

When I signed the financial documents, near the end of the job, I did not receive a copy because the forms had been incorrectly filled out with a lesser price and the contractor was going to redo the forms and come back to have me sign the new forms. However the contractor did not come back, they modified the financial docs and sent them into a financing company.

Now I'm at the point where I need to officially request the contractor for all these documents via a letter, and I'm not sure exactly what to ask for and how to write this letter and am looking for advice.

Also, what documents should I have legally received from the contractor for the work done and for the financial company they signed me up for?
