Fortunately, the OP deleted his original posting, but not before he was given a great deal to think about.
I do think the OP understands that people who are discriminated against for something stupid are given an opportunity to establish discrimination on illegal grounds---such as race, religion, etc. I firmly believe there are OTHER ways to correct the problem that have nothing to do with fencing with volatile discrimination laws. I believe we will have to simply disagree.
