Computation of Date

My motion to dismiss was denied on October 18th. It was signed by the judge that date and according to the form sent to me it states on the document it was mailed on October 19th. My question is exactly when am I now required to file my Answer? The SCRCP Rule 12(a)(1) says, "if the Court denies the motion or postpones its disposition until the trial on the merits, the responsive pleading shall be served within 15 days after notice of the Court's action". I actually received the court form on the 20th.

Does that mean 15 days after the 19th? Do you only count week days or are weekend days also included in the count? What is the last day you would file it in court and put it in the mail to their attorney?
