Relief from Judgement
My husband was sued by a client and did not go to court. She was awarded $15,000. She has garnished our bank account and tried to levy our possessions and has brought him into court to "answer interrogatories" which included questions about me and my possessions. We want to get rid of this crazy lady. We feel like the info she was requesting was not legal for her to ask (SS# and DL#) as well as current customer names and phone numbers. What can we do to not have to deal with her anymore?
