Default Mislead By Lawyer
Hi, I'm In The State Of Michigan And I Beleive I Have Been Mislead By Our Bankrutpcty Lawyer And Now The Case May Be Dis-charged And Our House Will Go Into Forcloser. What Are My Options?

1. Get a second opinion.
2. Fight the forclosure through an appeals process.
3. Live with it and move on.

Try discussing the situation with the Lawyer you've already paid. Get his attention and reasoning for this situation and what can be done to remedy it. Quickly.

If you don't like his response, get another opinion from another Lawyer.

I guarantee this is one of the first questions a new Lawyer will ask you.

Don't hesitate on this, time is of the essence.
