Do I still on timeshare?
Hello, about a year ago I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy. On the list of Creditiors was "Marriott vacation club Int'l". This was my time share.
I also had a leased jeep that at the meeting of creditors, the Jeep was returned to the finance company. That was the only creditor that sent any letters etc. Marriott never contacted the Bankruptcy Court and the debt was discharged. Do I own the timeshare still? Mike
