| Need Help, Mom Forged My Signature And Took My Money I Recieved Money After The Death Of My Grandmother. It Was Deposited Into An Account Were My Mother And I Were Both On The Account She Forged My Signature And Cleaned Out The Account 1 Month Before I Turned 18 What Can I Do. I have all the forms related to this and you can clearly tell i didnt not sign it |

| If you received money from the estate of your Grandmother, it should have been held in trust until you were of legal age. I would do three things: 1. notify the probate court of this and 2. report this to the police and 3. take the documents to the bank. Did your mother have authority over the money until you turn 18? For example, after my husbands death in a work accident, my children each received a settlement that is being held in a conservatorship until they are 18, and I am the guardian of that money. Was your mother the conservator of your money? Do you live at home with your mother? |
