| Help, I have a situation!!!! Well here is my situation, I had two checking accounts and was letting my ex-boyfriend have access to one of them. We seperated and he was suppose to deposit all the money he owed me into my Wachovia account from the Woodforest account that I was letting him use. Long story short, he told me he deposited the money and I instandly starting withdrawing the money so he would not try to mess over me and take the money back. Of course I did not call and check to make sure the funds were there because he had never not put money in the account, I know very stupid on my part. Anyway, I tried to get in touch with Wachovia once I found out the account was overdrawn by $7,077.00 in their recovery division and the lady I spoke with told me someone would get back to me.
