Ask for a court appointed attorney, because if you show up without one the Judge will appoint one {and he'll be pissed that you didn't already do this yourself}, but you want to show the Judge your talking care of it yourself so I would check into getting an appointed dui attorney before you go to court.

Quick vote here--who would choose a spammer who is so stupid they post DUI info under ATTORNEY MALPRACTICE?
No hands? Didn't think so. ALSO, your SPAM doesn't even suit the "posers" ( mistake intentional) question---you stated as the "poster" the DUI had already happened. The public defender isn't going to handle an appeal most likely. I know it takes a special kind of stupid to advertise two bit attorneys on someone else's legal forum, but to tell someone to expect a public defender to appeal a DUI is really stupid. Your SPAM link ( against the terms of service) is for BEFORE someone gets convicted of DUI. I miss SMART spammers. GO AWAY. Last edited by GentleGrace : 08-06-2008 at 05:00 AM. |
