Arbitrator & Lawyer not producing documents

Unconscionable Arbitration decision made Dec 2007 , yet still I have nothing in writing. ALSO, my lawyer took his fee out of my proceeds with no bill furnished to date, and still has not given me copy of my file despite repeated requests. What are my options?

You expect an answer with providing only TWO sentences of information?

Read the retainer you signed. How does it say the attorney will be paid? I suspect it says in there he will be paid from the proceeds. How else would be he paid? Also, presumably, if you went to arbitration, you agreed that the decision would be binding. Why call it unconscionable after the fact?
