How can i recover? Personal injury

On June 23rd at 2 p.m. I was at the store in Los Angeles. I was trying to test an ab roller machine and it collapsed underneath me and I fell flat on my face. It broke my glasses and cut my face and my nose has been swollen. It just so happened did I had an appointment later that day with an ENT doctor at UCSD for prior surgery that I had for skin cancer. He said my nose was not broken. But all this time later my nose is still swollen and my forehead where I hit is scarred and hurts me. My glasses were ruined and I've had to replace them which cost me about $300. I have used an ab roller machine before I know when you put it down and go a certain distance out there is supposed to come back toward you. This one did not and it caused me to fall down my face onto the concrete.

You should have to hire a lawyer so that the The amount of the amount of your medical bills, the type of injuries you have can be recovers in the form of compensation. Compensation is mostly determined by how severe your injuries were. In such cases, it may be worth the expense to have a Grabbanddurando lawyer handle your claim and make sure you receive compensation at the highest end of the range.

You should contact a Personal Injury Attorney to get a compensation which you deserve. As such injuries fall under the product liability. Businesses that make and/or sell machines are legally obligated to ensure that their products are reasonably safe. I

Hey
As all of the members suggested, whenever you suffer from an accident at your workplace then you are eligible for filing accident at work claim.
I hope till now you have been compensated. But if not, then take help from an experienced personal injury lawyer.
