Default Near settlement/ saw letter with their bottom line

This is work comp. My attorney and the Co. attorney were preparing evidance for trial. The attorneys left the room. I continued to look through the files and came across a letter. It stated that the company attorney was faxing the insurance co. they believed my case would settle for $90,000 more than we had asked for. While the attorneys were out of the room I copied that letter for my attorney.

I realize it is unethical for me to have done that and my attorney was freaked out. However, its alot of money for me to walk away from.

I now want to increase my settlement offer based on knowing this.

What would you do? The settlement time period is still open. We have anothe MSC in the upcoming months.
