I have a question regarding ligal metter.
I have been living in the USA since 12/99 and have been good alien, but a few month had a misfortune due to my stupidity to comite an offence and may be convicted with misdeminuer, if it won't be of an inconvinence to you to answer my question, please do so.
If conviced with misdeminuer and i had no prior record will i lose my permanet resident status and be deported?
And how will it effect my ability to recieve Citizenship?
