Default Legal Employment

Need to find out that if a company that is based out of Canada that wants to hire me is doing things legally. My job is to collect monies from customers that are paying for product from a fabric and textile company in Canada. they are sending me the payment and I'm to take 7% for my fee for making the transaction of customers paying by certified cheques money orders or wire based on the amount involved. This is a new position for the company. my job is to 1. Receive payment from customers 2. Cash payments at my bank 3. Deduct 7% which will be my percentage/pay on payment processed.
4. Forward balance after deduction percentage/pay to any of the offices, I will be contacted to send payment either by money gramm, western union transfer or moneygram. This position is being offered to m so it helps the company to get customers payment almost immediately Company name is SiTi Fabrics and Textiles in Canada. He sent me an employment application. Just want to make sure it's legal and what I have to have to protect myself for any wrong doing. Please Thank YOu
