I was arrested,I went to court and plea bargained to misdimeanor charges only,received three months probation.The problem is I tried to get a job with sears and when they did the background check it came back as a felony,I went to the courthouse and they gave me a printout that states these are misdimeanor charges.Do I need to have this error fixed and do I have that option? |
