So the more time that goes by it will be harder to correct the situation and you think more time could come to him??? its been like 4 years so far He wanted to wait it out like ten years but some how now doesnt want to do it any more and yes he is a us citizen....

He just dont wanna do life but like the ten years they would have gave him in the first place and they said he would be out in 7 years its just he dont no about like the fleeing charges and if the courts would try and make an example out of him and give him like life or something, like 20 years or even 15 thats allot of time in federal prison......
