I have no idea what forms you are talking about and what "one" and "two" is and what "index number timed out" means.
Who has your children? How old are they and how long have they been gone? Have your rights been terminated? How long is your husband going to be in prison? If there is a possibility he will get out and reunite with you, that could jeopardize your chances at getting the children back. I am not really sure what you are asking. |
