i have a husband in prison. he is a petophile so will not have custedy of our child but neither do i right now. i have no idea what to put on the forms about that to complete them. that is one and two is that i already filed and the index number timed out so now i have to start over again. i am not good with this so i would appreciate the help. thank you!
