I went away for a couple months and I never got served, therefore, I never went to court to fight the case.

Basically, I made a verbal arrangement with her, I told her I would give her the $70K and that I would give her money when I could. She agreed and kept the money, when I came back I didn't even know I was divorced.

I was regularly seeing my son until one day she got mad because I was living with someone else and then she told me we were divorced and that she had full custody and that I was never going to see him again.

This went on like this for the past years, I gave her little money but cash because she was getting gov assistance (therefore, no receipts) I know it has been really stupid of me for not getting receipts and for giving her $70K that didn't belong to her, that's what I get for being a stupid nice guy.

Well, I got tired of her and modified the final judgment, I asked for shared parental responsibility, payroll deduction voluntary child support and visitations. I got everything. (had to do it self-help bc money is short)

Now she's mad because she doesn't like my family and she HAS to let me be with my son. So, she went and got a motion for retroactive child support to Jan. 2004.
