Yes I was a Litigator many years ago for attorneys that battled Labor and Industry claims. This was over 24 years ago and I have since then climbed out of that mud pit. Let it be known that even back then in the dark ages we had proof readers.

OK, I can go on now and feel I made my peace in this forum.

Peace. Once again.. Stepping down.
HOW did you make a connection between the name changes and the Department of Corrections? I did not connect the two--I simply pointed out my opinion (with which you are free to disagree) that those two answers on SEPARATE POSTINGS are incorrect (in my opinion, only, of course).

I referenced those TWO different issues 1. DOC and 2. Name changes in TWO separate sentences. In no way did I imply they were related. I just felt those answers individually, were, as a matter of law, incorrect--and I tried to show why---by citing legitimate sources of information beyond just my opinion.

The DOC does not appoint attorneys. And (separate sentence) you cannot change paternity on a childs birth certificate in ANY state without a court order (i.e. DNA test). Those two sentences and comments are NOT related.

Notice I have not referenced you personally--simply disagreed with the legal advice you offered. Anyone is free to do the same with my advice--that is why we are here. To learn. If you disagree with those two statements feel free to explain why.
