Stepping back up for a second.. It seems that some of my statements have been misunderstood however I will just address two matters. I think we all agree the Department of Corrections has nothing to do with Name Changes unless you are possibly in jail or probation at the time of the change.

Yes I was a Litigator many years ago for attorneys that battled Labor and Industry claims. This was over 24 years ago and I have since then climbed out of that mud pit. Let it be known that even back then in the dark ages we had proof readers.
