The reason for my absence is that I have been busy being an attorney. It has been quite a busy 2008.

As for you being a 1L you have a lot to learn. Stay in school and hopefully they will teach you some humility. Unfortunately, not all of our clients have higher educations nor do they write with perfect spelling and punctuation. This is something I hope you get used to.
