I think I can answer a couple questions. Yes he took a plea, and yes he had an Attorney( Public Defender)His conviction was April 25th 2008. It's been 2 months 11 days. It's not a pre-trial report, it is a pre-sentences report. I think he means the report that the prosecuter submitted before the Judge gave him his sentence. He feels that alot of the statements in there was not correct. He goes in front the the Board of Pardons in Jan 2013.He had went in front of the BOP just about 4 weeks ago.(June 19th 2008) Jan 2013 was the date they gave him to review his case again at that time.
From your posting, I believe the gist of your point is that your grandson feels as though he did not receive a fair trial ( i.e. not agreeing with the plea). He needs to hire an attorney to appeal his case---the whole case, not just a report.
