Your ex? You are a woman? She is a woman? The kids are yours? Hers? ( your user name is NANCY---are you a woman or man?) Are you divorced? Were you married, separated?
How long ago did your ex leave? Did she leave her personal belongings? Is she on the lease or deed or mortgage?
