I'm fighting hard to find out what's going on with my brother, but he's hard to understand anymore; ever since he changed his last name to match his girlfriend's last name and his first name for no apparent reason. Can anyone tell me how I can go about finding out whether or not his name change was legal so I can know what to tell my parents when they find out? It would mean alot.
