the whole fine thing is he paid off his fines for his DWI. He has other pervious fines from way before I ever knew who he was.
This is not anything I am trying to make personal here I just wanted to know if anyone knew what might happen! I can not control when someone get into a car and drives, I was not even around when he took off.
