No 'real' reason? What does that mean? What was the reason ( real or not) that they pulled him over?
The sentence depends on all the factors you mentioned, as well as the state or municipality in which you reside. If he completed his probation, why does he not have his license? And, more importantly, why is he risking your life and the lives of innocent people by driving without a license?
I'd talk to an attorney. |
