What is going to happen. My boyfriend was pulled over for no real reason and was cited to court for a criminal DLS, the took the plates from the truck and towed it. He has a prior DWI or DUI from 2 years ago, he has paid his fines, done CRASH and is off probabtion. What will happed with the criminal DLS does anyone know if there is a mandatory sentece in jail or can he do comunity service, house arrest... anything.
