Gentlegraze, talk about talking around the dime? Since my last post I have been contacted by users that understand my meaning and the legal reference. We have assisted each other legally in regards to this original post and my reply. (system = Legal system) hmm, this is a legal forum after all.

I really do not have time to reply to negative senior members behavior that somehow get lost in the translation of the post and replies. Possibly some need to realize that there way is not the only way that can be beneficial.
We are taking care of matters and your comments to me are not helpful nor do they have anything to do with a legal forum.
I will not answer you questions regarding viewing the bruises simply because it seems to be beyond your reach of legal understanding. Lets just say the question may have been above your 'legal' understanding in regards to litigation in matters such as this and such a question could expedite and help the gentleman that wrote the post and readers.
The matter is being taken care of and the forum will be updated when the time permits and all parties agree what would benefit the forum members Legally in cases such as this.
