Thanks for your reply....well being in Canada where the laws are completely different. Mainly what I need to know of what he was charged with, what are we looking at from a minimum and maximum pentalty...if this guy is going to get a slap on the wrist for killing my father in law and hurting my family for the rest of their lives. I need to know if I can have faith in the US justice system that this guy will not get away with this lightly....like I said being that the laws vary from state to state....there is allot of questions and confusion regarding the charges....I hope this makes it more clear to you.
