These are details you need to work out with an attorney.
If you want your name 'cleared" ( Im not sure why your name isn't 'clear'--you weren't charged criminally, were you?) You want to be allowed to harass her again?
Furthermore, she cannot revoke the OP. It is a COURT order---not a WIFE ORDER. She doesn't have the authority to revoke a court order against you anyway. |
