Landlord Giving Me 10-Day Notice to Vacate

I live in Loveland, Colorado. I signed a six-month lease for a room rental in a house, with the term beginning October 2014 and ending March 2014. I moved into the room/house on October 4. The landlord/owner is now telling me she only has to give me a 10-day notice to move out. She is basing this on the provision in the lease that reads "Landlord may terminate this agreement without cause by giving Resident 10 or more days written notice prior to the end of the minimum term or, thereafter, 10 or more days prior to the end of any month Landlord may terminate this agreement for cause as provided by Colorado Law."

I am reading that the 10 or more days means 10 days after March 2014 and she told me it's the second part that she is holding me to "10 or more days prior to the end of any month" but I believe she is reading/interpreting this incorrectly, isn't she . . . when it states "10 or more days written notice prior to the end of the MINIMUM term, this is 10 days PRIOR to March 2014 and then the "thereafter" means after March 2014, it can be 10 or more days prior to the end of any month." The "thereafter" is referring to after the end of the minimum term, right? Please, please tell me I am reading/interpreting this correctly?
