That would depend on whether or not you're a recognized creditor involved in the BK action, in my opinion. Typically (depending on the jurisdiction,) creditors are given a certain timeframe to respond; I believe the standard is 60-90 days. Best bet is to contact the BK court in question to determine whether or not you can be included and what the timeframe/procedure is. http://www.legalmatch.com/law-librar...y-lawyers.html may be of some use to you.
