I see you chose to edit your post after you were finished and felt no need to reply any further.

My quote about me feeling like the scum trash of the earth was in reference to how I felt about having driven drunk. You wrote that my being ordered an SR-22 brings you satisfaction. When I pointed out your anger and personal feelings, you somehow chose to argue that by saying that an SR-22 is not ordered to make me feel bad. I never said that it was. I simply pointed out your ill intent, using that statement along with other statements you either called or wished upon me.

Also, I never said that you CALLED me new insults. I wrote that you added them to your post. I was as careful not to accuse you of calling me those insults as you were to add them without actually calling me them.

I have read the new testament, for historical purposes as opposed to with religious interest. You did not state to holding a firm belief to the Bible, and I have no reason to make exact references to the Bible. Additionally, I looked up mens rea, its four general classes, only one of which includes intent, as well as its general exclusion from strict liability crimes.

The rest of your post doesn't require specific address. It's simply ad hominem with appeal to emotion. That drunk driving is a horrible crime does not excuse your choice to continue living your life insulting others, wishing ill will upon them, rubbing in the personal satisfaction you gain from their punishments and treating them as inferiors.

The real difference between you and me is that I admit to, accept responsibility for, seek to rectify, regret, feel remorse for, am learning from and am changing so that I never repeat the horrible mistake I made. You use fallacious arguments to excuse your poor treatment of others and continue without admission to behave with malevolence. People are bound to err in ways both great and small; I would certainly choose to teach my children to live life learning from and correcting wrongdoings as I am doing, not denying and excusing them as you do.
