I have six year old daugter who's birth father has never been physically around, did not sign her birth certificate, and stop calling to inquire about her when she was just five months old. Now I am married to man who loves her and she calls him dad. In which both my husband and my daughter would like to make their titles to each other legal; How can we go about this without having her birth father involved since he has never been before
