The attorney who drew up the agreement gave a statement saying he saw no duress from me to force her to sign and no statements or questions from her during the singing indicating that she was under duress. Yet she claims she is going to prove in court that it was invalid for that reason. Does she have a chance? I cannot afford to give her half of everything.
